We are a non-profit, non-partisan organization for women who share a concern for education and community affairs.  Our members strive to improve the community in which they live by working together in a spirit of cooperation and friendship.

Our Mission is:
To stimulate interest and participation in social advocacy and cultural activities

To encourage national and international cooperation among women graduates

CFUW-London Club was founded on May 5, 1920 as a member club of the Canadian Federation of University Women/Federation Canadienne Des Femmes Diplomees www.cfuw.org.  As CFUW members, also belong to the Canadian Federation of University Women Ontario Council (www.cfuwontcouncil.ca), and are also affiliated with Graduate Women International,  www.gwi.org

We usually meet on the second Wednesday of each month from September to May.  A typical meeting features a speaker, refreshments, and a short business meeting.  We may also schedule meetings around a specific activity or project, such as a dramatic performance or a visit to a community event.

In addition to general meetings, our smaller Interest Groups also arrange meetings related to their area of interest.  Members enjoy a variety of activities from gourmet dining to hiking.  Check out our Interest Groups for more information.
